Success of a Vendor dealing in Furniture Category – Rags to Riches

A client with a small workshop that creates household furniture approached us to guide them to sell their products on an E-commerce platform. The client during that time had 1 carpenter and 1 assistant in his team.
GNSM provided consultancy to this client to sell his products on E-commerce platforms. The client was provided with full range of services by us. We helped them with brand registration, identifying a strategic e-commerce website, insights on products to be offered, pricing strategy, product listing, cataloguing, competitor analysis, etc.
With our support the brand started selling successfully on top E-commerce websites. A well-known cosmetic brand approached us to liquidate their inventory. The brand had failed in offline sales and the owner wanted to shut down the business. They had total inventory worth INR 2 Crore+ in retail outlets and the warehouse.
Our Performance Marketing & Growth team shared their plan to establish this brand on an online platform. Based on our plan, the brand owner agreed to pursue it further. We used the opportunity to establish the brand rather than liquidating the inventory.
